Lions Fieldhouse is home to the North Central Texas College Lady Lions volleyball team. The gymnasium also hosts several special events including the annual Holiday Classic basketball tournament, NCTC and local high school graduation ceremonies and the Cooke County Electric Co-op annual meeting. The gym is also home to several NCTC Physical Education classes.
