Allie Hamsher, a 5'8" Setter from Forney, TX was the Newcomer of the Year for 2018. She was awarded All-Tournament Team Honors after totaling 122 Assists on the Weekend, 31 Digs, and chipping in 18 Kills. She had a double double in 2 of the 4 matches.
The Lady Lions fell to three top 20 ranked teams in Navarro, Panola and Polk State. They fell in four to Missouri West Plains in the final match.
The Lions return to Athens, TX tonight to face Trinity Valley for the first time this season.
